As SEO Manager, you will analyze, structure and optimize the websites/shops of our various clients. Through your optimizations, you will give them more organic visibility and help them to achieve better rankings, more traffic, more conversions and more turnover. We are looking for an analytical personality with a high level of problem-solving skills and self-initiative to support our team.
Your tasks
- Creating excellent SEO strategies and significantly increasing the performance of our various clients
- Implementation of specific SEO measures to achieve our clients' conversion goals
- Analyzing the market and competitors using SEO tools (e.g. Google rankings, keywords, content, ...) and deriving specific strategies
- Implementation and presentation of performance reports to show the success of the implemented strategies
- Providing insightful data analysis on current SEO campaigns while proactively identifying areas for growth and improvement in relation to project goals
- Conducting keyword research and competitive analysis
- Creating, optimizing and maintaining high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media and other digital channels
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of SEO measures using common tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
- Ongoing consideration of trends and developments in the areas of SEO, web analytics, social media and digital marketing
What you can contribute
- Relevant knowledge of the relevant SEO tools required (Ahrefs, Sistrix and Google Search Console) and web analysis tools an advantage (Google Analytics, Matomo)
- Professional experience on the agency or company side in the SEO area and with onsite, offsite and technical SEO projects
- A passion for working with numbers and statistics
- Experience in working with content management systems is an advantage
- Basic knowledge and technical understanding of modern web technologies an advantage (programming skills in PHP or JavaScript)
- Strong editorial skills and an excellent feel for target group-oriented communication
- Degree in computer science, multimedia technology, business administration, communication or a comparable qualification

Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 42,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
