Your tasks
- You will be responsible for strategic and operational lead generation and qualification to ensure a constantly growing sales pipeline.
- You will acquire new customers in a targeted manner and position pixelart as a strong partner for digital solutions.
- You will identify relevant tenders, assess their potential and manage the entire process from tender development to submission.
- Together with our experts, you convert marketing-qualified leads into sales-qualified leads.
- You will organise your own events and use conferences specifically for networking and customer acquisition.
- You will work closely with internal teams to develop customised solutions for individual customer requirements.
- You take responsibility for pitch presentations, convince with strategy & expertise and lead contract negotiations through to conclusion.
What you can contribute
- You are a sales personality with several years of experience in selling digital solutions.
- You are enthusiastic about digital technologies and platforms - you understand their added value for customers.
- You present convincingly at C-level and are a confident negotiator.
- You think strategically, recognise market potential and use data-driven lead management effectively.
- You are well networked in the digital sector and use this to acquire new customers.
- You have a feel for customer needs and develop innovative solutions together with our experts.
- You manage several leads and initiatives in parallel - and enjoy inspiring customers in person on site.
Our Offer
In addition to great benefits, we offer you an attractive remuneration package consisting of a fixed salary of € 50,000 gross per year (including holiday and Christmas bonuses) plus variable, performance-related remuneration. In addition, we will provide you with a fully electric company car (incl. private use). Your actual salary will depend on your qualifications and experience.
