Your tasks

  • Management and strategic development of the performance marketing team with a strong focus on paid media (SEA, social media ads such as Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.)
  • Active role in business development: identification of new growth potential, customer acquisition and development
  • Responsibility for budget and performance of your team
  • Development and implementation of innovative performance marketing strategies to achieve our clients' business goals
  • Work closely with other departments such as Creation, Web Development and Analytics to successfully implement cross-channel campaigns
  • Strong focus on team leadership & promoting the further development of employees and the team

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 63,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.

What you can contribute

  • Several years of experience in a leading position in the field of performance marketing
  • Good know-how in the areas of paid media, especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
  • Strong understanding of business development and the ability to identify and implement new business opportunities
  • Experience in the development and implementation of performance marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Leadership experience and enjoy leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convince internally and externally at all levels
  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations

Our Offer
