You are an expert in managing performance marketing teams with a focus on paid media. You develop and implement digital marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities. Your tasks

Managing and strategically developing the performance marketing team with a strong focus on paid media (SEA, social media ads such as Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok etc.)
Developing and implementing innovative performance marketing strategies to achieve our clients' business goals
Active role in business development: identification of new growth potential, customer acquisition and development
Responsibility for the budget and output of the performance marketing team
Close collaboration with other departments such as Creation, Web Development and Analytics to successfully implement cross-channel campaigns
Strong focus on team leadership & promoting the further development of employees and the team

What you can contribute

Several years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in a leading position
Deep expertise in paid media, especially Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Strong understanding of business development and the ability to identify and implement new business opportunities
Experience in the developing and implementing performance marketing strategies
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision making
Leadership experience and enjoyment of leading and developing a team as an advantage
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convince internally and externally at all levels
Hands-on mentality and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 63,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
