Data Insight Specialist – Webanalytics | Senior (all genders)

As a Data Insight Specialist at pixelart, you will analyze and interpret web data and be responsible for the implementation and optimization of tracking systems. Your goal is to continuously optimize the performance of our clients' online presence in the DACH region through in-depth analyses and customized solutions. You will work together with our clients in the project team to effectively create and optimize their digital strategies.

Your tasks

Implementing, managing and optimizing tracking systems for various web platforms, such as Google Analytics (GA) and Matomo.
Performing advanced web usage analytics and creating detailed reports on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and SEO strategies.
Develop, monitor and continuously improve KPIs to measure website performance, user behavior and the success of SEO efforts.
Working closely with the marketing team to plan, implement and fine-tune SEO/SEM strategies
Conduct audits and continually adjust tracking implementations to ensure accurate and relevant data collection.
Creating presentations and reports that highlight the importance of being able to visualize and present data effectively.

What you can contribute

University degree in statistics, computer science, business informatics or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of professional experience in web analytics
Expertise in the implementation and optimization of tracking systems
Knowledge of SEO practices and tools such as Ahrefs, Sistrix, Looker Studio are an advantage
Knowledge and experience with data visualization tools
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and recommendations for action
Good communication skills and experience in leading projects or working in cross-functional teams
Fluency in written and spoken German and English

Our Offer

In addition to great benefits, we offer you an annual salary starting at EUR 56,000 gross (incl. holiday pay and Christmas bonus) on the basis of a full-time position. Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience.
