Our work model provides a balance between work and personal life. With px-Flexible, we create a work environment that promotes well-being and increases productivity throughout the agency. Our Rules of Engagement set the conditions for efficient, value-based and successful collaboration.

Bye, bye 40-hour week! Our normal working week is 36 hours with a consistent salary. You can flexibly divide this into five days. This leaves enough time for our private life and our free time.

Whether your energy level is at its peak in the morning or you're at your best in the evening - you're free to arrange your working hours between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday. There are no core working hours.

All-in contracts and included overtime work have not been a factor for us for a long time. During stressful periods, we support each other to reduce the workload. If you do have to work overtime, you can absolutely take time off to maintain a balanced working schedule.

For us, there is a balance between fully remote work and presence in the agency. This approach is completely individualized, and it enables a balance between concentrated work phases in the home office and in-person collaboration in our loft office. The arrangement is entirely up to you.

Our unique loft office is more than just a workplace for us. We strive to make it as comfortable as any living space. That’s why we have not only created a modern space on 3000 m ², but a supportive one as well – you will find social spaces for creative discussions, retreats for when agency life gets too loud and a shower for our sporty team members.

Change and further development are important parts of our philosophy. The individual encouragement of our employees is part of the daily work routine. Your personal development roadmap includes internal skill sessions and exciting impulses from external speakers.

Our work is as versatile as our customers. In the process, we realize digital visions and develop customized solutions. We always pursue the goal of getting the best out of each individual project. That's how we design digital experiences that will be remembered.

We are aware of our responsibility for the environment and society. That's why we support our team members in getting to the office in the most environmentally friendly way possible. We finance the climate ticket for public transport for our employees from the first day, support car sharing and rely on e-mobility for our company vehicles.
